About the position

The Racquet Sports Professional will serve as the Club's Racquet Sports Ambassador, enhancing the value of the Club through teaching and promoting racquet sports programs. This role involves conducting clinics and private lessons to encourage participation and attract new memberships, making it ideal for someone passionate about racquet sports with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and promotes racquet sports clinics, special events and programs to attract and maintain members' racquet sports interests.
• Provides beginning through advanced instruction (private and group) for all levels of players.
• Implements and develops lesson programs for adults and juniors.
• Enforces all club rules and regulations governing the use of the club/facility, its equipment and other property.
• Ensures proper inspection of the courts/facilities on a daily basis prior to the start of play and ascertain that all necessary maintenance has been performed and the courts are in a safe working order.
• Monitors court usage including special events, clinics and lessons.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve member satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tennis coaching and teaching.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
• Ability to work with diverse age groups and promote a positive learning environment.
