As a Termite Control Sales Representative at Orkin, you will leverage your sales skills to provide top-notch termite protection services to homeowners. Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify issues and build relationships with customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver by utilizing training to recommend innovative pest solutions.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin's products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customers' homes and address any questions or concerns.
• Prepare sales agreements using an iPad provided by the company.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
