About the position

The Territory Account Manager at Eco-Pan is responsible for managing sales and account services within a designated territory, focusing on the construction industry. This role involves developing and selling company services to both new and existing customers, while expanding market channels and maintaining key account relationships. The position requires a strong emphasis on revenue enhancement and client acquisition, along with providing technical support and market analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts and grow sales within the designated territory.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets and channels.
  • Develop and maintain contacts within the construction/concrete industry.
  • Promote services to contractors, developers, architects, and engineers.
  • Analyze sales levels and trends to ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Execute annual sales plans and budgets.
  • Provide sales data and market trends to management.
  • Participate in regional and national trade associations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement business strategies.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and consultative selling skills.
  • Deep contacts in the construction industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to grow sales and expand market channels.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on business growth.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office.
