The Territory Account Manager for Law Enforcement Sales is responsible for the strategic penetration, sales, and business development of Safariland law enforcement equipment within the Pacific Northwest region, which includes Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho. This role involves servicing regional distributors and law enforcement agency end users, ensuring that the sales process is effectively managed from start to finish. Candidates with a background in law enforcement, particularly those with leadership experience or equipment evaluation experience such as SWAT, are preferred as they bring valuable insights and understanding of the industry. The successful candidate will need to quickly adapt to the agency sales cycles, working through distribution partners or directly with law enforcement agencies to identify and close opportunities. The product range includes essential law enforcement equipment solutions such as body armor, ballistic helmets and shields, tactical gear, communications equipment, and holsters/duty gear. The position requires the candidate to reside within the Greater Seattle, WA or Portland, OR markets, ensuring proximity to key customers and stakeholders in the region.
