About the position

The Territory Account Manager - Mid West is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory, which includes Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana, and Arkansas. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with large customers, promoting GroupeSTAHL products and services, and collaborating with various sales teams to ensure customer success. The position emphasizes achieving sales targets, managing customer accounts, and identifying new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory sales by promoting GroupeSTAHL products and services.
• Meet key performance indicators to drive sales growth.
• Identify and win sales opportunities to drive growth in territory sales.
• Conduct onsite sales visits and account reviews with current customers.
• Attend trade shows to demonstrate products and schedule business reviews with large customers.
• Manage the sales process through opportunity close and effectively estimate potential sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and industry contacts.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to GroupeSTAHL business units and personnel on customer needs and challenges.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
• Experience in territory management and sales.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and close sales.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use CRM software.
