About the position

The Territory Account Manager at EquipmentShare is responsible for expanding the customer base within the Advanced Solutions rental location in Camden, NJ. This role focuses on building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a geographical territory and execute the full sales strategy from market analysis to revenue growth.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and support.
  • Promptly address customer inquiries, complaints, and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Create and implement new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven outside sales experience with a strong sales track record.
  • Knowledge of Pump, Power & HVAC equipment or industry, preferably in rental or construction.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay educated on products and services.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred but not required.
