About the position

EquipmentShare is seeking experienced sales professionals to join their team in the Seattle Metro Area. This role focuses on territory management, sales strategy execution, and customer relationship management within the heavy equipment and construction sector. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and be driven to achieve results while building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory and execute full sales strategy including market analysis and revenue growth.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests using CRM systems.
  • Develop new business and expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and support.
  • Promptly address customer inquiries, complaints, and conduct sales presentations.
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share.

Requirements

  • Proven outside sales experience with a strong sales track record.
  • Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay educated on products and services.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.

  • Experience in B2B sales within the heavy equipment or construction industry.
