About the position

The Territory Account Manager at Hepaco, a Clean Harbors company, is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth in the environmental services sector. This role involves developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing B2B customer relationships within the assigned territory. The position emphasizes collaboration with various teams to achieve business growth targets and requires regular engagement with customers through site visits and sales calls.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Strengthen and grow existing B2B customer relationships.
  • Execute the sales strategy to increase wallet-share with existing customers.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with customers through regular site visits and sales calls.
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers, Project Managers, and the Corporate Business Development team to achieve business growth targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools and market analysis to monitor territory sales progress and optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry organizations.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the specialized environmental services field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, consultation, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 application suite, CRM and ERP tools.
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the US.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and physical exam.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience with Zoho, Deltek Costpoint, and/or Highland OnBase.
