Responsibilities

  • Manage a geographical territory and execute sales strategies for revenue growth.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests using CRM systems.
  • Develop new business and expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with services.
  • Promptly address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share.

Requirements

  • Proven outside sales experience with a strong sales track record.
  • Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay educated on products and services.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
