About the position

The Territory Account Representative for Primary Care at Prism Biotech is a full-time sales role focused on promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The position requires a blend of scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement skills to effectively support and educate specialist customers. The representative will be responsible for developing sales strategies, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific knowledge and customer engagement expertise to specialist customers.
  • Understand the reimbursement/distribution landscape for specialist customers and refer them to appropriate resources.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry changes.
  • Conduct product educational programs and in-services for customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies specific to each customer within an account.
  • Effectively manage allocated resources and provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Strong sales abilities or demonstrated success as a Sales Representative.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex scientific and technical medical information.
  • Industry product knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for excellence and competitive spirit.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to sell pharmaceutical products using Buy & Bill or Specialty pharmacy distribution methods.
  • Demonstrated high performance in sales roles.
