About the position

The Territory Business Manager for Neuromuscular Sales will be responsible for executing sales strategies and demand generation efforts to achieve regional objectives for the Immune Globulin (IG) business in the New Orleans Territory. This role involves raising awareness and educating healthcare professionals about rare neuromuscular conditions while promoting Takeda's IG product portfolio. The position requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to ensure patient access to products and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quotas and goals through growing product volume.
  • Conduct customer engagements to deliver sales presentations and provide product information.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on neuromuscular conditions and Takeda support resources.
  • Analyze and interpret data for sales strategies and document a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure customer satisfaction and pull through of opportunities.
  • Participate in community education events and Neurology conferences.
  • Maintain compliance with promotional and expense policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of successful healthcare sales experience.
  • Must live within the territory geography.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekends.
