The Territory Event Marketing Manager is responsible for managing a team of District Event Marketing Managers and/or Event Marketing Managers within their designated territory. This individual is accountable for their direct reports' performance, ability to exceed revenue targets, maintain budgets, and the successful execution and operations of the Event Marketing department. The Territory Marketing Manager is also responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and managing a team of Event Marketers to build brand awareness and generate sales leads throughout their designated district. In addition, they are responsible for sourcing Direct-to-Consumer events, managing budgets, resource planning, staff schedules and successful event execution.
