Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle including lead generation, phone sales, online product demos, and various sales and marketing projects.
  • Uncover and demonstrate the value propositions of products and services for unique qualified leads.
  • Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets and quotas.
  • Forecast business on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline independently.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • At least 5+ years of SaaS sales experience (highly desired).
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry (preferred).
  • Metrics-driven sales hunter with a high sense of urgency.
  • Account management (retention) and upsell (growth) experience.
  • Demonstrated experience achieving and beating aggressive sales targets/quotas.
  • Expertise in outside sales and account management with knowledge of the enterprise sales process.
  • Exceptional listening skills and demonstrable consultative/value-based selling experience.
  • Ability to self-manage and respond well to constructive coaching and feedback.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with a CRM, Salesforce is a plus.
