About the position

The Territory Manager/Account Director at Enverus is a pivotal role within the Sales team, focusing on building and enhancing relationships with prospective clients in the energy sector. This position is designed for a highly driven individual who will leverage consultative selling techniques to align Enverus's software solutions with the strategic goals of organizations, particularly at the C-Suite level. The role emphasizes achieving revenue objectives while ensuring high customer satisfaction and integrity, making it essential for candidates to have a strong background in software sales, particularly in enterprise SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and enhance prospective relationships through targeted campaigns and executive briefings.
  • Utilize a consultative selling style to deliver relevant insights in every interaction.
  • Align Enverus solutions with organizations' overarching board directives.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Enverus personnel through the entire lifecycle of a sales pursuit.
  • Develop tailored presentations and business case justifications.
  • Maintain relevant sales data and prospective client correspondence in the appropriate databases.
  • Generate a robust sales pipeline to cover 3.5X quota.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of selling software solutions experience.
  • Bachelor's degree desired, not required.
  • Recent experience selling enterprise SaaS-based solutions highly preferred.
  • Account management and upsell experience.
  • Experience in the energy sector is desired, particularly with owner relations software.
  • Proven networking, negotiation, qualification, and closing skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated with a natural drive to succeed.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Open to constructive coaching and feedback.
  • Experience with strategic selling training (e.g., Miller Heiman, Sandler, Challenger Method).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce experience is a plus.
