About the position

The Territory Manager/Account Director at Enverus is a senior-level role focused on building and enhancing relationships with clients in the energy sector. This position involves consultative selling, aligning Enverus solutions with client needs, and achieving revenue objectives while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires a strategic approach to sales, effective communication with C-suite executives, and the ability to manage multiple product offerings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and enhance prospective relationships through targeted campaigns and executive briefings.
  • Utilize a consultative selling style to deliver relevant insights in every interaction.
  • Align Enverus solutions with organizational directives at the C-suite level.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Enverus personnel throughout the sales lifecycle and develop tailored presentations.
  • Maintain relevant sales data and client correspondence in the appropriate databases.
  • Generate a robust sales pipeline to cover 3.5X quota.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience selling software solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Recent experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
  • Experience in account management and upselling.
  • Proven networking, negotiation, qualification, and closing skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated with a natural drive to succeed.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the energy sector, particularly with owner relations software.
  • Strategic Selling Training experience (e.g., Miller Heiman, Sandler, Challenger Method).
