About the position

The Territory Manager/Account Director at Enverus is a key role within the Sales team, responsible for establishing and enhancing relationships with prospective clients in the energy sector. This position focuses on consultative selling, aligning Enverus solutions with client needs, and achieving revenue objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires a strategic approach to pipeline generation and effective leadership throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and enhance prospective relationships through targeted campaigns and executive briefings.
  • Utilize a consultative selling style to deliver relevant insights in every interaction.
  • Align value at the C-Suite level to drive sales.
  • Demonstrate professional selling acumen and opportunity qualification.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Enverus personnel through the sales lifecycle and develop tailored presentations.
  • Maintain relevant sales data and client correspondence in the appropriate systems.
  • Generate a robust sales pipeline to cover 3.5X quota.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of selling software solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree desired, not required.
  • Recent experience selling enterprise SaaS-based solutions highly preferred.
  • Account management and upsell experience.
  • Experience in the energy space desired, particularly with owner relations software.
  • Proven networking, negotiation, qualification, and closing skills.
  • Possess an executive presence and professional demeanor.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated with a natural drive to succeed.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Open to constructive coaching and feedback.
  • Strategic Selling Training experience desired (e.g., Miller Heiman, Sandler, Challenger Method).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce experience is a plus.
