At Boston Scientific Neuromodulation, the Territory Manager plays a crucial role in improving the lives of patients through innovative technology and dedicated service. This position focuses on the management and promotion of Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) products, which are essential in the field of Pain Management Solutions. The Territory Manager will be responsible for cultivating a designated customer base, continuously prospecting for new clients within an assigned geographic area, and effectively positioning our products against competitors. This role requires a deep understanding of the SCS process, including pre-surgical education, post-surgical follow-ups, and long-term patient care. The Territory Manager will work closely with physicians, operating room staff, and hospital personnel to build a robust referral network, ensuring that the territory meets or exceeds sales goals through strategic planning and execution. In this role, the Territory Manager will leverage their knowledge of Boston Scientific's Spinal Cord Stimulation products to support physicians in the operating room and with patient interactions. This includes translating complex technical and clinical information into understandable terms that foster customer and patient loyalty. The position also emphasizes the importance of teamwork and collaboration, as the Territory Manager will provide and receive coaching, fostering a high-performance culture within the team. By establishing strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, and technicians, the Territory Manager will influence the sales and usage of SCS products, demonstrating empathy and respect in all interactions. The successful candidate will be expected to translate business strategies into clear objectives, maintain pricing discipline, anticipate challenges, and develop processes to meet sales goals. A solid understanding of financial management principles and their impact on territory performance is essential. Collaboration with the Regional Business Director, Health Economics & Reimbursement, and National Accounts will be key to increasing the success of the sales team.
