Responsibilities

• Engage new and repeat customers in your territory, assessing their needs and providing consultative solutions.
• Conduct customer sales calls, balancing existing business with prospecting for new customers and projects.
• Collaborate closely with your manager to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Oversee the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage project responsibilities, including ensuring raw materials are on site and construction crews have everything they need.
• Participate in a comprehensive training process over two years, including travel to headquarters for scheduled training.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B, end user sales; construction, commercial or industrial preferred.
• Proven success in business development and project management, interacting at all levels.
• Strong capacity to learn a new industry.
• High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.
