About the position

Wood's CRW Corp., a second generation owned Construction Equipment Distributor, is seeking a Territory Manager to sell and rent new and used Link-Belt, National, Shuttlelift, and Maeda Cranes in our New England Territory. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of heavy construction equipment, and past experience in the crane and lifting industry is a plus. The Territory Manager will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. This position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, including preparing and submitting proposals, servicing customers during and after sales, and addressing any concerns that may arise. The ideal candidate will be expected to develop and maintain current product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and promote our offerings. In addition to sales responsibilities, the Territory Manager will be responsible for keeping management informed through regular activity and results reports, assisting with collections on accounts within the territory, and working both independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public. A valid driver's license is required, as travel to current and potential customers will be necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships.
