As a member of our team, your insight and dedication will play a crucial role in deepening and broadening clinical knowledge of our innovative technologies. You will create connections between providers and teams across our businesses to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care. Aortic stenosis affects millions globally, often remaining under-diagnosed and undertreated. Our groundbreaking work in transcatheter aortic heart valve replacement (TAVR) has pioneered a life-changing solution for patients, allowing heart valve replacement without the need for open-heart surgery. The Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit continues to partner with cardiologists and clinical teams to transform patient care with devices supported by clinical evidence. To succeed, you will need advanced competence in interventional cardiology, strong sales skills, a high degree of technical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership abilities that foster trust, loyalty, and respect. Your impact will be significant as you acquire a thorough working knowledge of the products and therapies, develop an extensive understanding of their applications, and establish customer contacts to strengthen relationships and protect THV business. You will drive the penetration of THV products in your territory, create new business with new customers, and coordinate activities from site selection to independence, working closely with the Education team according to the Sales & Education strategy. You will also present patient selection to both Cardiologists and Surgeons, be accountable for achieving sales targets, monitor sales activity, and prepare forecasts by account, product, and therapy.
