About the position

The Territory Manager role at Saluda is focused on the commercial execution and clinical performance of the Evoke™ therapy within a designated territory. This position involves managing sales strategies, overseeing clinician training, and expanding relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to drive growth and ensure revenue commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales geography
  • Overseeing clinician training activities, sales tactics, and market development strategies
  • Leading the identification of business opportunities and ensuring effective utilization of Evoke™ systems
  • Expanding relationships with key opinion leaders and customers
  • Driving the overall growth agenda and executing core messaging
  • Facilitating the collection and dissemination of competitive intelligence and conducting market research

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant business experience, with a minimum of 3 years in medical device sales
  • Documented sales success
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of previous programmable implantable device sales experience
  • 3+ years of device experience within operating room and strong prior patient follow-up interaction
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnights
