About the position

The Territory Manager is responsible for promoting and selling SoftWash Hawaii services and Preventative Maintenance programs within an assigned territory. This role focuses on leveraging relationships to close new business, ensuring customer retention, and maximizing customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell SoftWash Hawaii services and Preventative Maintenance programs within an assigned territory.
  • Secure profitable sales and programs to new and existing Residential and Commercial customers.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction and retention by initiating post-service follow-ups.
  • Create new market share by promoting services and programs to new local residential and commercial customers.
  • Keep sales up to or exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Perform onsite proposals and consultations for potential customers.
  • Promote additional services and programs to current accounts.
  • Validate roof soft washing warranty claims onsite.
  • Renew existing customer agreements and identify prospects using creative lead-generating techniques.
  • Participate in and set up all company trade shows.
  • Establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products/services and customer needs through training and research.
  • Obtain referrals and create referral partnerships with supportive companies.
  • Process lead information and complete all paperwork according to standardized procedures.
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a successful residential or commercial sales representative.
  • Experience in Residential/Commercial Property Management, Painting, and/or Roofing preferred.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule and available for local travel.
