The Territory Manager will maintain a comprehensive customer call/mail list and will be responsible for submitting credit applications for new customers. Another key aspect of the role involves coordinating on-site demonstrations of equipment, which includes arranging transportation and presenting the machine to potential users. The Territory Manager will also oversee the delivery of new machines, ensuring they arrive on time and are introduced to the appropriate personnel. Furthermore, the manager will develop and submit annual sales forecasts and marketing plans, and will be expected to negotiate with customers to resolve any complaints that may arise.
