The Territory Manager (TM) at NeurOptics is a pivotal role responsible for achieving sales quotas and providing exceptional service and education to hospital staff across the New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Manhattan territories. This position requires a deep understanding of medical sales, particularly in the critical care and neurological fields. The TM will independently manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to account qualification, and will engage with key decision-makers in intensive care units (ICUs) and emergency departments (EDs). The role involves planning and executing educational programs to facilitate the installation of innovative pupillometry technology in Level 1 and Level 2 trauma centers and stroke centers. The TM will also focus on expanding existing business and increasing product utilization in current accounts, thereby contributing to improved neurological patient outcomes. In addition to sales responsibilities, the TM will conduct comprehensive product training for clinical staff, ensuring the seamless integration of pupillometry into hospital protocols and electronic medical record systems. The position requires a proactive approach to account management, including the development of territory-specific strategies and collaboration with management to drive sales growth. The TM will also participate in regional and national industry meetings to promote NeurOptics products and support the company's mission of enhancing patient care through innovative technology.
