EMSI is seeking a motivated Territory Manager (Sales Rep) to join our dynamic team in the Raleigh, NC area. In this position, you will be responsible for marketing EMSI's product line to various healthcare providers, including Physical Therapists, Orthopedics, Pain Management physicians, Podiatrists, and Neurosurgeons. You will maintain a high level of professional and technical knowledge of all EMSI's devices and services, facilitating meetings to present our product line and demonstrating its ease of use. Establishing and nurturing relationships with providers and clinics is crucial to increasing market share in your territory. Additionally, you will provide patient instruction and education, ensuring that all communications with your direct manager and accounts are consistent and effective. The ideal candidate will possess highly effective communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to make multiple visits and calls to medical professionals daily. This role requires a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, we also welcome candidates with B2B sales experience and those from diverse backgrounds, including prior healthcare experience. Residence within or close proximity to the territory is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Market EMSI's product line to Physical Therapists, Orthopedics, Pain Management physicians, Podiatrists, Neurosurgeons, and other relevant providers.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of all EMSI's devices and services.
  • Facilitate meetings to present product line, process, and ease of use.
  • Establish relationships to increase market share in the territory.
  • Provide patient instruction and education.
  • Consistently communicate with your direct manager and accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in cold calling and opening new accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience in making multiple visits and calls to Medical Professionals daily.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Attention to detail and well organized.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or B2B sales experience.
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in B2B sales for at least 1 year.
  • Residence within the current geography or close proximity of the territory.
