Join Stonhard as an Outside Sales professional focused on Strategic Account Management and Business Development. This role offers a unique opportunity to work from your own office while engaging with new and repeat customers in your territory. You will assess customer needs and provide tailored Stonhard solutions, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction through effective project management and delivery of product installation. The position includes a comprehensive training process over two years, with travel to headquarters for scheduled training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage new and repeat customers in your territory to assess their needs and provide consultative solutions.
  • Conduct customer sales calls, mixing existing business with prospecting for new customers and projects.
  • Collaborate closely with your manager to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project responsibilities, including ensuring raw materials are on site and construction crews have necessary resources.
  • Participate in a two-year training process, traveling to headquarters for scheduled training.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B, end user sales; construction, commercial or industrial preferred.
  • Proven success in business development and project management, interacting at all levels.
  • Strong capacity to learn a new industry quickly.
  • High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.
