About the position

The Territory Manager (Outside Sales) at Suncoast Roofers Supply is responsible for developing and managing a sales territory, focusing on building relationships with contractors and builders. Responsibilities

  • Call upon new and existing customers to develop new business opportunities in local markets.
  • Coordinate closely with the inside sales support team and vendors to promote products and services.
  • Develop and execute a detailed annual sales plan for the territory.
  • Manage a multi-million dollar territory and demonstrate year-over-year growth.
  • Build lasting business relationships with contractors and builders.

Requirements

  • Prior success selling roofing and/or building products in a B2B environment.
  • Experience managing a multi-million dollar territory.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a passion for being a business partner to customers.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in relationship selling within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with sales planning and execution.
