About the position

The Territory Manager (Outside Sales) at Suncoast Roofers Supply is responsible for developing and managing a sales territory, focusing on building relationships with contractors and builders. The position requires coordination with inside sales support and vendors to promote products and services effectively, along with the execution of a detailed annual sales plan.

Responsibilities

• Call upon new and existing customers to develop new business opportunities in local markets.
• Coordinate closely with the inside sales support team and vendors to promote products and services.
• Develop and execute a detailed annual sales plan for the territory.
• Build lasting business relationships with contractors and builders.
• Manage a multi-million dollar territory and demonstrate year-over-year growth.

Requirements

• Prior success selling roofing and/or building products in a B2B environment.
• Ability to demonstrate increased territory management year-over-year.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a passion for being a business partner to customers.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in relationship management and customer service in the building materials industry.
