The Territory Manager / Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Women's Healthcare at Exeltis is a full-time position focused on expanding the company's contraception portfolio, particularly with the recent acquisition of Agile Therapeutics and the introduction of Twirla, the only combined contraceptive patch available in the US. This role is designed for an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional who is driven by performance and has a strong desire to succeed in the healthcare field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the Women's Healthcare community, which includes OB/GYNs and high decile primary care physicians (PCPs). In this role, the Territory Manager will act as the primary customer contact within the designated territory, creating demand and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote the Women's Healthcare product line. The responsibilities include educating existing and new physicians and their staff on the value of Exeltis' portfolio, utilizing critical thinking and dialogue skills to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and delivering meaningful customer experiences that foster satisfaction and loyalty. The position also requires analyzing sales data to determine potential and executing action plans to meet and exceed sales expectations. The Territory Manager will need to anticipate and address HCP objections and concerns, communicate effectively with sales management and regional teammates, and take on leadership opportunities as they arise. Attendance at conferences, training sessions, and product launches is also a requirement, along with compliance with all regulations and company policies.
