Exeltis is seeking a Territory Manager / Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Women's Healthcare in Minneapolis, MN. The Territory Manager will be responsible for creating demand and executing sales and marketing strategies within the territory, primarily targeting OB/GYNs, high decile PCPs, and Planned Parenthood Clinics. In this role, the Territory Manager will educate existing and new physicians and their staff on the value of Exeltis' Women's Health products, providing them with essential product information and competitive insights that help them make informed choices for their patients. The position requires strong relationship-building skills to gain access to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and deliver meaningful customer experiences that foster satisfaction and loyalty. The Territory Manager will analyze sales data to identify potential opportunities and develop action plans to meet and exceed sales expectations. Additionally, the role involves addressing HCP objections and concerns, collaborating with sales management and team members, and participating in conferences and product launches as needed.
