About the position

The Territory Manager for Biosense Webster, Inc. is responsible for achieving sales goals and key business metrics in the Roanoke/Winchester, VA area. This role involves executing company strategies, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and coordinating a team to deliver superior customer service. The position requires a strong focus on driving market share gains and managing customer groups effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and key business metrics in the assigned territory by executing the company's strategies and tactics.
• Utilize company programs to drive market share gains.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, EP laboratory staff, and hospital executives to grow business.
• Coordinate business priorities and activities of a team that includes Clinical Account Specialists and Field Service Engineers.
• Drive the territory business plan through regular communications and assessments of current business state.
• Manage new product introductions, pricing communications, budget proposals, and contract follow-ups.
• Manage all aspects of customer groups, including large hospital systems and community hospitals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of healthcare and/or business-to-business sales experience or equivalent in a cardio/cardiovascular environment.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Valid driver's license issued in the United States.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. and wear heavy lead protective aprons in a lab environment.

• Previous medical device sales experience.
• Experience in cardiology/cardiovascular or medical device industry, with EP experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Documented sales awards and achievements.
