About the position

The Territory Manager/Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling medical devices specializing in home electrical stimulation and bracing products for pain management and rehabilitation. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, facilitating product presentations, and increasing market share within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Market the product line to Physical Therapists, Orthopedics, Pain Management physicians, Podiatrists, Neurosurgeons, and other relevant providers.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of all devices and services offered.
  • Facilitate meetings to present the product line, process, and ease of use.
  • Establish relationships to increase market share in the territory.
  • Provide patient instruction and education on product usage.
  • Consistently communicate with the direct manager and accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in cold calling and opening new accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to make multiple visits and calls to Medical Professionals daily.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent B2B sales experience.
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory.
