Pro-Vigil, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to join our high-performance sales organization, focusing on mobile products within the commercial construction sector. As the largest and fastest-growing provider of remote surveillance services in the nation, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position offers an uncapped commission structure, allowing motivated sales professionals to maximize their earnings based on performance. The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating profitable revenue through new business acquisition and upselling to existing clients within their assigned territory. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, including the development of effective sales plans and the ability to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas set by the company. The successful candidate will create and manage a robust sales pipeline, utilizing Salesforce to forecast revenue and track opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with target accounts is crucial, and the Territory Manager will employ direct sales techniques, conduct on-site meetings, and leverage social media and prospecting intelligence resources to promote our value proposition. The role also involves negotiating sales and service agreements while maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company's solutions and services. The Territory Manager must represent Pro-Vigil positively, ensuring that personal, vehicle, and equipment appearances reflect the high standards of service we provide. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong sales background, particularly in the commercial construction industry, who are looking to thrive in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Candidates should be prepared for travel within their assigned territory, as this is an outside sales role that involves visiting customers and prospects at various job sites, which may present varying weather conditions. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Generate profitable revenue through new business and upselling to existing clients within assigned territory selling to the construction business.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas as set by the company.
  • Create effective sales plans, proactively prospecting for net-new business opportunities and driving sales in assigned territory to exceed quota.
  • Develop a sales pipeline and forecast all revenue by effectively following sales process and managing opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Develop relationships at various levels with target accounts through use of direct sales techniques and conduct on-site meetings.
  • Promote our value proposition by providing technical solutions to help prospects and customers meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Use social media and prospecting intelligence resources.
  • Negotiate sales and/or service agreements.
  • Maintain a high knowledge level of the company's solutions and services.
  • Portray the company in a positive light.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales experience; preferably selling into the commercial construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Recognized record of sales achievement; experience selling service-based contracts a strong plus.
  • Ability to systematically solve problems and hypothesize possible client pain points, expectations, and needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present tailored information to customers and prospects via phone, web and face-to-face.
  • Proven ability to maintain control and ensure continual forward movement in the sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territory.
