About the position

The Territory Manager, Sales at Getinge is a pivotal role focused on building and nurturing strong customer relationships while managing and expanding existing accounts. This position is crucial for driving new business within the designated territory, which encompasses both the United States and Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a productive sales pipeline, engaging with commercial clients, and facilitating the sales process from initial contact through to contracting. Key responsibilities include initiating conversations with stakeholders who may have limited knowledge of Talis technologies, demonstrating the technology effectively, and creating value through discussions with key leaders to highlight the operational and clinical benefits of the technology. The role requires the cultivation of executive sponsorship to support projects and the management of the IT assessment process, ensuring that technical questions are addressed appropriately. The Territory Manager will also quarterback the negotiation and execution of various agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSA), Business Associate Agreements (BAA), Statements of Work (SOW), and quotes. In addition to managing their own opportunity pipeline, the Territory Manager will oversee the territory pipeline of channel partners and field sales representatives, coordinating efforts to ensure successful demonstrations and follow-up tasks to advance the sales process. This role also involves supporting the development of sales and marketing collateral and ensuring a smooth transition to implementation resources by providing accurate documentation and stakeholder insights.
