About The Position

As a Territory Manager for Software Sales at SCIEX, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and orders growth within your designated territory. This position is focused on supporting Software Standalone sales, which may include software upgrades, licenses, workstation upgrades, support plans, validation and compliance services, and training. You will be responsible for both maintaining relationships with existing customers and acquiring new customers, utilizing inbound lead follow-up as well as outbound cold calls and emails. Additionally, you may collaborate with distribution channels to enhance sales opportunities. This role is part of the Aftermarket Inside Sales Team and is designed to support SCIEX's vision of advancing human wellness through precise science. You will have the opportunity to create and sustain trusting partnerships with customers, ensuring that their software needs are met through comprehensive solutions. Working closely with field sales and service colleagues, you will develop and implement successful account strategies that promote synergistic growth in the mass spectrometry business. Your efforts will be supported by various campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and sales organization activities aimed at increasing software sales. In this dynamic environment, you will also participate in various projects assigned by your manager, focusing on growth opportunities and enhancing the overall customer experience. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs while effectively managing all stages of the sales cycle.
