We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Life Science Software Sales Representative for our Mass Spectrometer business. This role is crucial in driving revenue and order growth within a designated territory, focusing on Software Standalone sales. The Software Sales Representative will be responsible for selling various software products, including upgrades, licenses, workstation upgrades, support plans, validation and compliance services, and training. This position will involve supporting existing customers, acquiring new customers, and sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Additionally, the representative may collaborate with distribution channels to enhance sales. As part of the Aftermarket Inside Sales Team, this remote position aligns with our vision to advance human wellness through precise science. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and maintain trusting partnerships with customers, driving comprehensive solutions to meet their software needs. You will work closely with field sales and service colleagues to develop and implement successful account strategies that promote synergistic growth in our mass spectrometry business. Your efforts will include increasing software sales through campaigns, digital marketing, and responding to customer inquiries, as well as participating in various growth opportunity projects assigned by your manager.
