Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the wastewater sector.
  • Build and maintain key relationships within new and current accounts.
  • Attend industry events and stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Manage your territory like a small business with no cap on commission.
  • Develop new business with the assistance of inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with both sales and engineering teams to problem-solve and deliver precise solutions.
  • Maintain current client relationships, invest in them and grow their accounts.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and market dynamics.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Engineering is a plus.
  • B.S. or B.A. in Business.
  • Associates in Engineering also considered.
  • Proven experience in water treatment/wastewater industry desired.
  • 3-5+ years in industrial sales desired.
  • Strong tenure and upward mobility within an organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel in territory 25% of the time.
