About the position
The Territory Manager at Medicaid Done Right plays a crucial role in processing Medicaid applications for residents in long-term care facilities. This position focuses on building business relationships and connecting with families and facilities to enhance the lives of patients. It is not a sales role but requires daily travel to meet clients and ensure effective communication and support throughout the Medicaid application process.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate business relationships with families and long-term care facilities.
- Process Medicaid applications for residents in long-term care facilities.
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the application process.
- Maintain positive interactions with clients, facilities, and team members.
- Prepare reports as required by supervisors in a timely manner.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously with excellent organization and time-management skills.
Requirements
- 1 year of Medicaid experience required.
- Past Business Office Manager (BOM) experience in Long Term Care Nursing home preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, case management experience.
- Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge and possession of Notary commission.
- Ability to analyze and interpret company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in office management.
- Certified Notary Public.
