About the position
The Territory Manager at Saluda Medical is responsible for the commercial execution and clinical performance of the Evoke™ therapy within a designated territory. This role involves managing sales strategies, overseeing clinician training, and expanding relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to drive growth and ensure revenue commitments. The position requires a proactive approach to market development and competitive analysis to enhance the company's market presence in the neuromodulation space.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales geography for Saluda's Evoke™ therapy.
- Oversee clinician training activities and sales tactics.
- Develop market strategies to enhance product penetration.
- Identify business opportunities and ensure effective utilization of Evoke™ systems.
- Expand relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
- Drive growth agenda and execute go-to-market plans.
- Facilitate collection and dissemination of competitive intelligence.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on trends and customer perspectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant business experience in medical device sales.
- Minimum 3 years prior experience in medical device sales required.
- Documented sales success in previous roles.
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in programmable implantable device sales.
- 3+ years of experience in operating room settings with patient follow-up interaction.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight trips.
