About the position

The SRS Territory Manager (Outside Sales Professional) is responsible for driving sales through direct interactions with customers in the field. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively managing sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets. The position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create an incredible customer experience and build strong customer relationships.
  • Identify, target, and engage potential customers through various outreach methods.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs to build trust and rapport.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Clearly explain product features and address customer concerns promptly.
  • Strategize and manage sales activities effectively to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Communicate with branch and field support teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Respond quickly to all customer requests with a 'Consider It Done' attitude.
  • Meet or exceed sales, margin, and mix expectations.
  • Complete Quarterly Business Reviews with core customers.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and complete required training.
  • Drive adoption of digital solutions and provide valuable reporting and data analysis.
  • Ensure accounts are in good standing and collaborate with vendors to support customer needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in roofing or related industries.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel and attend company meetings, tradeshows, and industry events.
