About the position

The Territory Manager (TM) role at Medicaid Done Right (MDR) is focused on processing Medicaid applications for residents in long-term care facilities. This position is not sales-oriented but is crucial in building business relationships and driving results by connecting with families and care facilities. The TM will travel daily to meet clients and ensure they receive the necessary support in navigating Medicaid benefits, making a significant impact on patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate business relationships with families and long-term care facilities.
• Process Medicaid applications for residents in long-term care facilities.
• Travel daily to meet clients and provide support.
• Prepare reports as required by the supervisor.
• Maintain positive interactions with clients, facilities, and team members.

Requirements

• 1 year of Medicaid experience required.
• Past experience as a Business Office Manager (BOM) in a nursing home preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service or case management experience.
• Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to achieve goals set by supervisors.
• Knowledge and possession of a Notary commission, with the ability to obtain one if not already held.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills to manage multiple cases.
• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive materials.
• Ability to analyze and interpret company policies and procedures.
