About the position

The Territory Manager at Medicaid Done Right (MDR) plays a crucial role in processing Medicaid applications for residents in long-term care facilities. This position focuses on building business relationships and connecting with families and facilities to ensure patients receive the necessary support. The role requires daily travel and is not sales-oriented, emphasizing the importance of service and care in the Medicaid application process.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate business relationships with families and long-term care facilities.
• Process Medicaid applications for residents in long-term care facilities.
• Provide support and solutions to clients regarding Medicaid benefits.
• Maintain daily, consistent, and positive interactions with clients, facilities, and team members.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports as required by supervisors.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously with excellent organization and time-management skills.

Requirements

• 1 year of Medicaid experience required.
• Past Business Office Manager (BOM) experience in Long Term Care Nursing home preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, case management experience.
• Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge and possession of Notary commission.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in office management.
• Certified Notary Public certification.
