About the position

The Territory Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing and directing the execution of deliveries and daily operations within warehouses, contributing to the development of a world-class sales organization through continuous improvement. This role involves operating open distribution territories, providing orientation and mentoring to Independent Distributors, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance customer service and achieve growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned territories
• Possess necessary skills and certifications to operate a commercial motor vehicle over 10,000 pounds
• Provide territory-specific orientation and shadowing for Prospective Distributors (PDs)
• Develop and implement mentoring and educational opportunities for Independent Distributors (IDs)
• Maintain safety and internal audit standards to ensure a secure and food-safe environment
• Manage equipment inventories, basket resets, and store reset events
• Create strategies to support company sales initiatives and meet KPIs
• Responsible for customer development regarding ordering, merchandising, and display opportunities
• Stay current on consumer insights and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Fulfill work schedules and adhere to attendance policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of warehouse/distribution management, DSD, or route operations experience preferred
• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
