About the position

The Territory Outside Sales Manager will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding X3's client base within the commercial construction market in Arizona. This position requires a seasoned sales professional with staffing agency experience to effectively manage relationships with existing clients and prospect for new opportunities. The role involves regular visits to construction sites and offices, utilizing a unique sales approach to educate clients on X3's services.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing X3 clients.
  • Acquire new clients by effectively prospecting new opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Regularly visit construction offices and job sites to engage with client decision-makers and prospective clients.
  • Educate clients and prospects on X3's unique 'Workforcing' services using the 'Challenger' sales approach.
  • Manage territory effectively to maximize opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Must have previous experience working for a staffing agency.
  • At least 1 year of outside B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to construction sites and offices, prepared to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the commercial construction industry (preferred).
