The Territory Recruiter at Burlington Stores is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for key leadership roles within the retail sector. This remote position requires collaboration with company leadership and hiring managers to ensure a strong talent pipeline while embodying the Burlington brand values. The role emphasizes creativity, strategic vision, and exceptional communication skills to attract top-tier talent and foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize diverse channels such as in-person networking, digital platforms, and social media to source candidates, focusing on LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive and diverse talent, maintaining regular communication to keep them engaged.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including maintaining postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), extending and negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth transition for candidates.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business units and collaborate with leaders to enhance screening and selection processes.
  • Offer strategic guidance on recruiting strategies to drive hiring success.
  • Cultivate relationships with diverse professional organizations to attract alumni and diversity candidates.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years' experience as a full life cycle recruiter, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking solutions (ATS), such as iCIMs or similar platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall health and success of the organization.
