  • Prepare compelling proposals, manage bid processes, and negotiate contracts.
  • Represent Topcon at industry trade shows and conferences to increase visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and insights for team sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor technology offerings for customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in construction, surveying, civil engineering, or direct sales.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical details in a customer-centric way.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with active listening and presentation abilities.

  • High energy and endurance, with a willingness to travel frequently.
