About the position

The Nobel Biocare Territory Representative is responsible for achieving sales and service goals in dental clinics and laboratories within a designated territory. This role involves promoting and selling Nobel Biocare products and services to both existing and potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers, assessing their needs and characteristics.
  • Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends to plan sales activities that ensure sales goals are met.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Identify and maintain contact with prospective customers, developing strategies to convert them from competitors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
  • Maintain accurate customer files and records for up-to-date information sharing.
  • Report product issues and competitive strategies to management.
  • Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain a travel schedule for consistent customer contact, following the sales plan.
  • Manage the assigned territory within the allocated expense budget.
  • Complete administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Participate in trade shows and company meetings as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales or relevant clinical experience preferred; experience in medical device or dental is a plus.
  • Ability to drive a car is essential; car allowance and mileage reimbursement provided.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical product information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • CRM experience; MS Dynamics is a plus.
