AHA Huts is a 15 unit Pizza Hut franchise located in New Orleans, Louisiana, and is seeking a Territory Restaurant Operations Specialist to oversee operations in the Greater New Orleans area. This role is designed for an energetic leader who can effectively manage and lead 3 Area Coaches, each responsible for 4-5 restaurants, towards achieving operational excellence. The Territory Restaurant Operations Specialist will be tasked with overseeing the people, processes, and operations to ensure that day-to-day operations in approximately 15 stores are executed flawlessly. This position requires a proven track record in turning around low-performing restaurants and involves hiring, training, and motivating Area Coaches, Restaurant Managers, Shift Managers, and their teams. The successful candidate will directly support Area Coaches by planning and setting goals, focusing on in-store problem solving, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. The role demands an organized, open-minded, and self-starting individual with a creative and extroverted personality who can provide clear direction and consistently exceed guest expectations. A growth mindset is essential, as the specialist will need to seize opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. In addition to operational oversight, the Territory Restaurant Operations Specialist will mentor Area Coaches and Managers, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with health and safety codes. The role involves analyzing reports to identify growth opportunities, increasing sales year-over-year, and managing repairs and maintenance issues. The position requires a commitment to working a customer-focused 50-hour work week and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The specialist will also be responsible for maximizing P&L management, cash control, maintaining inventory, and reviewing financial reports while demonstrating a sense of urgency in task prioritization and execution.
