About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for the Los Angeles Region will play a crucial role in our expanding sales team, focusing on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing the existing sales portfolio within the dynamic legal cannabis industry. This position requires a customer service-oriented and consultative approach to effectively meet client needs and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prospects, presents, and opens new business opportunities.
  • Provides a consultative approach to upsell and cross-sell the company sales portfolio.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product needs; suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
  • Collaborates with leadership and marketing teams to improve market presence in the territory.
  • Attends industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and maintain productive contact with existing clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field OR at least three years of related experience required.
  • Proven track record of outside sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to set and achieve short- and long-term goals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Cannabis preferred.
