The successful candidate will leverage their agricultural industry expertise, detailed knowledge of EverGRO products and services, and strong interpersonal skills to cultivate robust customer relationships and achieve sales goals. The essential job functions may vary based on merchandise mix, customer base, and business volume across EverGRO locations. Key responsibilities include conducting independent on-site sales consultations, managing sales calls and travel schedules to optimize customer engagement, and effectively communicating with customers to understand their operations. The Territory Sales Manager will provide technical assistance related to energy management and recommend solutions that best support the customer's operational needs. Additionally, the role requires managing resources to address customer inquiries and coordinating with Product Specialists, Buyers, Vendors, and management staff to resolve questions and concerns. The position also involves utilizing interpersonal skills and account management techniques to foster long-term business relationships, negotiating and executing sales agreements, and developing account strategies to ensure a robust sales pipeline. The Territory Sales Manager will promote the EverGRO brand and business philosophy positively within the community and participate in local meetings and industry-related organizations. Continuous professional development and adherence to safety regulations are also critical components of this role, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and EverGRO's Environmental Health and Safety standards.
